In the past several years alone, our energy and project finance attorneys have participated in transactions involving the building of an 80 MW heavy fuel fire thermal power plant in Calavi, near University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin as well as asset backed financing of SONARA (National Oil Refinery Company of Benin) by Société Générale Banque, Paris.
